2. Lime juice ¾ fluid ounce
3. Simple syrup ¾ fluid ounce
4. Egg white 1
5. Ice 1 cup
6. Angostura bitters 4 drops

How to cook deliciously - Pisco Sour Cocktail

1 . Stage

Combine Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 10 to 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice; cover and shake until chilled.
