1. 2 large portobello mushrooms, sliced -
2. 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned -
3. 1 medium sweet yellow pepper, julienned -
4. 1 small onion, halved and sliced -
5. 2 teaspoons olive oil -
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
8. 1/4 cup shredded Gouda cheese -
9. 1 plum tomato, chopped -
10. 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives -
11. Minced fresh parsley, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Portobello Mushroom Saute

1. Stage

In a large nonstick skillet, saute the mushrooms, peppers and onion in oil until tender. Reduce heat to medium-low; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheese, tomato and olives; cover and cook for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
