1. 1/2 c. pumpkin purée -
2. 1/4 c. sugar -
3. 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice -
4. 2 store-bought pie crusts (such as Pillsbury) -
5. Egg wash, for dough -
6. 2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar -
7. Caramel, warmed in microwaved, for dipping -

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Pie Dippers

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425º. Make pumpkin pie mixture: In a medium bowl, mix together pumpkin purée, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.

2. Stage

On a floured work surface, roll out one pie crust. Spread pumpkin mixture all over, leaving 1/4" border. Top with second pie crust and brush all over with egg wash. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

3. Stage

Using a pizza or pastry cutter, slice into fries.

Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden, 15 minutes.

Serve with warm caramel for dipping.
