Ingredients for - Ramen Coleslaw

1. 1 package (3 ounces) chicken ramen noodles -
2. 1 package (16 ounces) broccoli coleslaw mix -
3. 2 cups sliced green onions (about 2 bunches) -
4. 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets -
5. 1 can (6 ounces) ripe olives, drained and halved -
6. 1 cup sunflower kernels, toasted -
7. 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted -
8. 1/2 cup sugar -
9. 1/2 cup cider vinegar -
10. 1/2 cup olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Ramen Coleslaw

1. Stage

Set aside the ramen noodle seasoning packet to use later. Crush the ramen noodles into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a large bowl. Add the slaw mix, onions, broccoli, olives, sunflower kernels and almonds. Give the mixture a good stir.

2. Stage

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the sugar, vinegar, oil and contents of the seasoning packet. Shake well to combine everything.

3. Stage

Once you’re ready to serve the ramen coleslaw, drizzle the dressing over the coleslaw, and toss to coat. Serve the ramen coleslaw immediately.
