Ingredients for - Peach Bavarian

1. 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches -
2. 2 packages (3 ounces each) peach or apricot gelatin -
3. 1/2 cup sugar -
4. 2 cups boiling water -
5. 1 teaspoon almond extract -
6. 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed -
7. Sliced fresh peaches, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Peach Bavarian

1. Stage

Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice. Chop peaches into small pieces.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in the boiling water. Stir in reserved juice. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir extract into whipped topping; gently fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in peaches.

3. Stage

Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold onto a serving platter; garnish with peaches if desired.
