1. 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
2. 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
3. 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
4. 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
5. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
6. Lettuce leaves, optional
7. 1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted

How to cook deliciously - Fluffed Fruit Salad

1 . Stage

Combine pineapple, cranberry sauce and oranges. Fold in whipped topping and zest. Serve on lettuce if desired. Just before serving, sprinkle with pecans.
