1. 2 cups sliced ripe bananas -
2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
3. 9 cups cubed French bread -
4. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed -
5. 9 large eggs -
6. 4 cups 2% milk -
7. 1/2 cup sugar -
8. 1/4 cup butter, melted -
9. 1/4 cup maple syrup -
10. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Banana French Toast

1. Stage

In a small bowl, toss bananas with lemon juice. Place half of bread in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; layer with cream cheese, bananas and remaining bread.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, butter, syrup and cinnamon; pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

3. Stage

Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 55-65 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
