1. Yellow cake mix - 1 (15.25 ounce) package
2. Ricotta cheese - 24 ounces
3. White sugar - ¾ cup
4. Eggs - 3
5. Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
6. Confectioners' sugar for dusting - ⅛ cup

How to cook deliciously - Ricotta Cheese Cake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan.

Make yellow cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Mix together the ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract and spoon over cake batter.
