3. Canola oil ½ cup
4. Olive oil ½ cup
5. Garlic, chopped 4 cloves
6. Onion soup mix 1 envelope
7. Chopped fresh rosemary, or more to taste 1 tablespoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Combine potatoes and onion in a roasting pan; cover with canola oil and olive oil. Add garlic, onion soup mix, rosemary, and black pepper; stir until potatoes and onion are evenly coated. Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil.
