1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4 large
2. Ketchup - 1 cup
3. Maple syrup - ½ cup
4. Mustard - 2 tablespoons
5. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
7. Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
10. Hot pepper sauce, or to taste (Optional) - 2 dashes
11. Sandwich rolls, split - 8

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

1. Stage

Place chicken breasts into the bottom of a slow cooker.

2. Stage

In a bowl, stir together ketchup, maple syrup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce until mixture is well blended. Pour over chicken.

3. Stage

Cook on Low for 6 hours. Shred chicken with 2 forks, then cook for 30 more minutes. Serve shredded chicken and sauce spooned into sandwich rolls.
