6. Onion powder, or more to taste 2 teaspoons
7. Cajun seasoning 1 teaspoon
8. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
9. Lemon, juiced ½

How to cook deliciously - Pan-Seared Chicken Tenderloin

1 . Stage

Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper; stir to coat. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, and chili powder. Toss thoroughly with tongs or a spoon.
