2. Olive oil, divided - 4 tablespoons
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 4 tablespoons
4. Paprika, or more to taste - 2 teaspoons
5. Garlic powder, or more to taste - 2 teaspoons
6. Onion powder, or more to taste - 2 teaspoons
7. Cajun seasoning - 1 teaspoon
8. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Lemon, juiced - ½

How to cook deliciously - Pan-Seared Chicken Tenderloin

1. Stage

Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper; stir to coat. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, and chili powder. Toss thoroughly with tongs or a spoon.

Heat remaining olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
