4. 2 large eggs, room temperature -
5. 2-2/3 cups all-purpose flour -

7. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
8. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg -
9. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
10. Topping: -
11. 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar -
12. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon -

How to cook deliciously - Snickerdoodle Blondies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about three to four minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Next, mix in the vanilla extract.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, spices and salt in another bowl. Then, mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.

3. Stage

Spread the batter into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle it on top. Bake the blondies until set and golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool the blondies completely in the pan on a wire rack. When you’re ready to serve, cut it into bars.
