2. 1/4 cup butter, melted -
3. 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice -
4. 1/4 teaspoon dill weed -
5. 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt -
6. Dash white pepper -
7. HORSERADISH CHILI SAUCE: -
8. 1/4 cup chili sauce -
9. 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar -
10. 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish -
11. AVOCADO CREAM SAUCE: -
12. 1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled and mashed -
13. 1/3 cup sour cream -
14. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin -
15. 1 teaspoon lime juice -
16. 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce -
17. CRAB LEGS: -
18. 1 pound cooked snow crab legs -
19. 1 tablespoon olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Snow Crab Legs with Dipping Sauces

1. Stage

In three separate small bowls, combine the ingredients for the dill butter sauce, horseradish chili sauce and avocado cream sauce; set aside.

2. Stage

Brush both sides of crab legs with oil. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated through. Serve with dipping sauces.
