6. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
7. Soy sauce - ½ tablespoon
8. Sesame oil - ½ tablespoon
9. Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Crushed red pepper - ¼ teaspoon
11. Ramen noodles - 1 (3 ounce) package
12. Chopped unsalted peanuts - ½ tablespoon

1. Stage

Combine peanut butter, ginger paste, chili oil, apricot preserves, balsamic vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder, and crushed red pepper in a bowl; stir until sauce is smooth.
