1. 1 pound bulk Italian sausage -
2. 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided -
3. 3 dried whole red chiles -
4. 1 can (28 ounces) plum tomatoes, drained and chopped -
5. 3 garlic cloves, minced -
6. 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano or 2 teaspoons dried oregano -
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
9. 3 large sweet red peppers, thinly sliced -
10. 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti -
11. 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley -
12. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Sausage Spaghetti

1. Stage

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, until no longer pink; drain. Set the sausage aside and keep warm.

2. Stage

In another skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil; saute red chiles for 5-8 minutes or until they turn black. Discard chiles; cool oil slightly. Add the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in red peppers and sausage; heat through.

3. Stage

Toss spaghetti with remaining oil. Add tomato sauce; toss to coat. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
