1. Green bell peppers, tops removed, seeded - 4
2. Ground turkey - 1 pound
3. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
4. Onion, chopped - ½
5. Sliced mushrooms - 1 cup
6. Zucchini, chopped - 1
7. Red bell pepper, chopped - ½
8. Yellow bell pepper, chopped - ½
9. Fresh spinach - 1 cup
10. Diced tomatoes, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
11. Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
12. Italian seasoning to taste - 1 tablespoon
13. Garlic powder to taste - 1 tablespoon
14. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook turkey in a skillet over medium heat until evenly brown. Set aside. Heat oil in the skillet, and cook onion, mushrooms, zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and spinach until tender.
