1. 1 c. apple juice -
2. 1/2 c. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes -
3. 1/4 c. brown sugar -
4. 1/4 c. cider vinegar -
5. 1 pinch ground cloves -
6. 1 pinch ground ginger -
7. 1 pinch cayenne -
8. 1/2 yellow onion -
9. 1 clove garlic -
10. Salt -

How to cook deliciously - Sun-Dried Tomato Ketchup

1. Stage

Combine the apple juice, tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, cloves, ginger, cayenne, onion and garlic in a blender and blend until fairly smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan. Season with salt and simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until very thick and slightly darkened, about 15 minutes.
