How to cook deliciously - Pork in butter
1. Stage
Put the pork loin (or any other part of the pork meat) in a small double-bottomed saucepan. It is important that the piece of meat should occupy the entire volume of the pan!!! Add peeled garlic cloves, chopped butter; salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with a mixture of aromatic herbs (to your taste).

Cover the pot with a lid and put on medium heat... for an hour and a half..., depending on the weight of the piece of meat. (at the rate of 1 kg - about 1.5 hours)

From time to time, do not forget (!) to turn the meat so that it is evenly cooked on all sides.
4. Stage
That's it! Let the ready meat stand for 20-30 minutes and you can slice and serve it! Drain the remaining oil into a jar and use for other dishes.
