1. Raw sunflower seeds - ⅔ cup
2. Water to cover - ⅔ cup
3. Celery rib - 1 large
4. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
5. Lemon, zested and juiced - 1 large
6. Dried thyme - 2 teaspoons
7. Garlic, peeled - 1 large clove
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Sea salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Collard green leaf, rib removed, or more to taste - 1

How to cook deliciously - Sunflower Seed Pate in Collard Wrap

1. Stage

Place sunflower seeds in a bowl and add enough water to cover; soak for 8 hours. Drain.

2. Stage

Blend sunflower seeds, celery, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, black pepper, and sea salt in a food processor or blender until pate is smooth. Spread pate onto collard green leaf.
