Ingredients for - Sweet Potato Sliders

1. 1 lb. ground beef -
2. 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard -
3. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce -
4. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2" inch thick rounds -
8. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
9. 4 slices Monterey Jack -
10. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced into rounds -
11. 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced -
12. 4 slices bacon, cooked -

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Sliders

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, stir together beef, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper and form into 4 small patties.

2. Stage

In another medium bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place burgers on one side of the grill and sweet potatoes on the other. Cook sweet potatoes until tender, 4 to 6 minutes per side. Cook burgers to your liking, 3 to 4 minutes a side for medium-rare, adding cheese after the first flip. 

3. Stage

Build burgers: Top each bottom "bun" with burger, red onion, bacon, and avocado, then top with second "bun".
