6. Dried thyme - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Red pepper flakes (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
8. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground nutmeg - ¾ teaspoon
11. Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground cayenne - ½ teaspoon
13. Ground allspice - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Combine pork, molasses, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, red pepper flakes, onion powder, parsley, nutmeg, fennel seeds, cayenne, and allspice in a large bowl; mix well by hand.
