Ingredients for - Tia and David's Deep-Fried Tortellini

1. Refrigerated or fresh cheese tortellini - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
3. Cornflake crumbs - ¼ cup
4. Salt and pepper to taste - ¼ cup
5. Dried parsley, to taste - ¼ cup
6. Oil for deep frying - ¼ cup
7. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2 large

How to cook deliciously - Tia and David's Deep-Fried Tortellini

1. Stage

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Rinse under cool water and allow to cool slightly.

2. Stage

Combine bread crumbs, cornflake crumbs, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large resealable plastic bag.

3. Stage

Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep skillet over medium heat.

4. Stage

Dip tortellini in egg and place in resealable bag in small batches. Shake to coat and set aside on a plate until the oil is hot.

Deep-fry breaded tortellini in batches until golden brown.
