2. Diced avocado ½ cup
3. Diced mango ½ cup
4. Minced red onion ¼ cup
5. Minced cilantro ¼ cup
6. Minced jalapeno pepper 1 tablespoon
7. Fresh lime juice ⅓ cup
8. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
