Ingredients for - Tuna Ceviche

1. Sushi-grade tuna, diced - 1 pound
2. Diced avocado - ½ cup
3. Diced mango - ½ cup
4. Minced red onion - ¼ cup
5. Minced cilantro - ¼ cup
6. Minced jalapeno pepper - 1 tablespoon
7. Fresh lime juice - ⅓ cup
8. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Tuna Ceviche

1. Stage

Combine tuna, avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and oil and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour, gently tossing halfway through.
