Ingredients for - Orange Romaine Salad

1. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup
2. Vegetable oil - ¾ cup
3. Honey - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
6. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup
7. Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces - 1 large head
8. Oranges, peeled and thinly sliced - 3

How to cook deliciously - Orange Romaine Salad

1. Stage

In a small container with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper and green onion. Close the lid, and shake vigorously to blend.

2. Stage

Place the romaine lettuce into a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with dressing and toss to coat. Add orange slices and toss gently. Serve immediately.
