1. Pork - 1 kg
2. Sauerkraut - 1 kg
3. Potatoes - 600 gram
4. Bulb onions - 100 gram
5. Carrot - 100 gram
6. Parsley (root) - 50 gram
7. Garlic - 50 gram
8. Parsley (greens) - 50 gram
9. Butter - 100 gram
10. Flour - 50 gram
11. Fat - 100 gram
12. Sour cream 15% - 250 gram
13. Salt - taste
14. Black pepper - taste

How to cook deliciously - Ukrainian kapustnyak

1. Stage

Boil pork until cooked, cut the meat into pieces, and strain the broth.

2. Stage

Chop onions, grate carrots and parsley root and fry in butter, then add sauerkraut, cook for another 2 minutes. After add the flour diluted with broth.

3. Stage

Add chopped potatoes, cabbage with vegetables to the broth, mashed bacon with garlic and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
