Ingredients for - Baked Pumpkin Bread

1. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
2. Baking soda - 1 ¼ teaspoons
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
6. Solid pack pumpkin puree - 1 cup
7. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
8. Buttermilk - ½ cup
9. Egg - 1
10. Butter, softened - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Baked Pumpkin Bread

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg into a large bowl. Mix in the pumpkin, brown sugar, buttermilk, egg and butter until well blended. Pour into a 9x5 inch loaf pan and smooth the top.

3. Stage

Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
