1. 9 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 large head) -
2. 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped -
3. 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley -
4. 3 green onions, chopped -
5. 1 cup cider vinegar -
6. 1/3 cup water -
7. 3 tablespoons sugar -
8. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard -
9. 2 tablespoons olive oil -
10. 1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil -
11. 1-1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper -
12. 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt -

How to cook deliciously - Vinegar Coleslaw

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Toss before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
