1. White sugar ¾ cup
2. Margarine, softened ½ cup
3. Eggs 2
4. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
5. White vinegar 3 teaspoons
6. Chopped pecans ¾ cup
7. Prepared 8 inch pie crust 1

How to cook deliciously - Vinegar Pecan Pie

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, mix together sugar and margarine. Stir in eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.

3 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned, and filling is set.
