1. White sugar - ¾ cup
2. Margarine, softened - ½ cup
3. Eggs - 2
4. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. White vinegar - 3 teaspoons
6. Chopped pecans - ¾ cup
7. Prepared 8 inch pie crust - 1

How to cook deliciously - Vinegar Pecan Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together sugar and margarine. Stir in eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.

3. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned, and filling is set.
