1. 1 package active dry or fresh yeast -
2. 1 1/2 tbsp. honey -
3. 1 c. warm water -
4. 3 c. organic whole wheat flour -
5. 1 tsp. salt -
6. 4 tsp. olive oil -
7. 1 oz. tomato sauce -
8. 1/4 c. Fontina cheese -
9. 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese -
10. 2 tbsp. pesto -
11. 1 red bell pepper -
12. 1/2 small red onion -
13. 1 tsp. chopped garlic -
14. Olive oil -
15. 1 c. raw spinach -

How to cook deliciously - Whole Wheat Pizza

1. Stage

Before you are ready to bake the pizzas, preheat the oven with a pizza stone inside to 500 degrees F for 30 minutes.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in 1/4 cup of the warm water.

In a mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine the flour and the salt. Add the oil, yeast mixture, and the remaining 3/4 cup of water and mix on low speed.

Roll or stretch the dough, a quarter at a time, into a 7- to 8-inch circle, and place it on a lightly floured wood peel.

5. Stage

For each pizza, place the toppings on the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the edge. Slide the pizzas onto the hot stone and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
