2. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
3. 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric -
4. 1 small head of cauliflower cut into small florets -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Cauliflower

1. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk ghee, garlic powder, and turmeric. Place cauliflower in a large bowl. Pour ghee mixture over cauliflower, tossing to coat until all florets are tinted yellow; generously season with salt and black pepper.

2. Stage

In an air-fryer basket, arrange cauliflower in a single layer. Cook at 375º, tossing halfway through, until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
