3. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, plus more -
4. Finely chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and oregano), for garnish, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer French Fries

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss potatoes, oil, and ¼ tsp. salt. Working in batches, arrange potatoes in a single layer in air fryer basket; do not overcrowd. Cook at 400º until crisp, golden, and centers are tender, 12 to 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Transfer fries to a wire rack set over a paper towel-lined baking sheet; season with salt. Repeat with remaining potatoes. Garnish with herbs, if using, and serve with ketchup for dipping.
