1. 2 tablespoons olive oil -
2. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice -
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
4. 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper, divided -
5. 1-1/2 pounds fresh broccoli florets (about 12 cups) -
6. 1/4 cup chopped almonds -
7. 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest -
8. Lemon wedges, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Air-Fryer Broccoli

1. Stage

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until blended. Add the broccoli, and toss to coat. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on a greased tray in the air-fryer basket.

2. Stage

Cook the broccoli in the air fryer until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer the broccoli to a serving dish. Sprinkle the broccoli with almonds, lemon zest and the remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and toss to combine. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.
