5. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
6. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
7. Kosher salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. Trout fillets - 1 ¼ pounds
10. Chopped fresh dill, or to taste (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Almond-Crusted Trout

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
