3. Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 (14 ounce) can
4. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 (10 ounce) package
5. Shredded Parmesan cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Dry vegetable soup mix (such as Knorr®) - 1 (1.4 ounce) package
7. Reduced-fat cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
8. Reduced-fat mayonnaise - 1 cup
9. Reduced-fat sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container

1. Stage
