Ingredients for - Lemon Tahini Yogurt Sauce

1. Garlic, or more to taste - 3 cloves
2. Tahini, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
3. Plain yogurt - 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Lemon, juiced and zested - 1
5. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Tahini Yogurt Sauce

1. Stage

Place garlic cloves in a blender or food processor and process to mince. Add tahini, and process for a further few seconds. Add yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cumin; process until smooth. Season to taste with salt. Transfer to a serving dish.
