2. Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced - 3
3. Green onions, finely chopped - 4
4. Fresh jalapeno peppers, finely diced - 4
5. Celery, finely diced - 1 stalk
6. Chopped fresh cilantro - 4 tablespoons
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
10. Salt to taste - 2 teaspoons
