3. Finely chopped onion, or more to taste - 1 cup

7. Frozen kale, thawed and drained - 1 (16 ounce) package
8. Dry seasoned bread crumbs - 1 cup
9. Grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste - ¼ cup
10. Sea salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground thyme - ½ teaspoon
13. Dried rubbed sage - ½ teaspoon
14. Dried rosemary - ½ teaspoon
15. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
16. Ground black pepper - 2 pinches

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Combine spinach, onion, 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon olive oil, and eggs together in a large bowl. Add kale, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sea salt, garlic powder, thyme, sage, rosemary, oregano, and black pepper; mix thoroughly using your hands.
