1. Asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces 1 pound
2. Shredded Parmesan cheese ½ cup
3. Butter, melted 3 tablespoons
4. Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper ¾ teaspoon
6. Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt ½ teaspoon
7. Lemon, finely zested and juiced 1

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Asparagus with Sea Salt and Parmesan

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place asparagus pieces in large bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, black pepper, Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Toss to coat evenly.

3 . Stage

Transfer asparagus to baking dish in a single layer. Bake until asparagus is tender and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
