Ingredients for - Tempeh Fajitas

1. Corn oil 2 tablespoons
2. Tempeh, broken into bite-sized pieces 1 (8 ounce) package
3. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
4. Lime juice 1 tablespoon
5. Chopped green bell pepper 1 ½ cups
6. Sliced mushrooms, drained 1 (4.5 ounce) can
7. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained ½ cup
8. Chopped green chile peppers 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon
10. Dried minced onion 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Tempeh Fajitas

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute tempeh with soy sauce and lime juice until tempeh browns. Stir in bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, chile peppers, cilantro and dried onion.

2 . Stage

Increase heat to medium-high and cook until fluids have reduced, stirring occasionally.
