Ingredients for - Tempeh Fajitas

1. Corn oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Tempeh, broken into bite-sized pieces - 1 (8 ounce) package
3. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Chopped green bell pepper - 1 ½ cups
6. Sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 (4.5 ounce) can
7. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - ½ cup
8. Chopped green chile peppers - 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon
10. Dried minced onion - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Tempeh Fajitas

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute tempeh with soy sauce and lime juice until tempeh browns. Stir in bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, chile peppers, cilantro and dried onion.

2. Stage

Increase heat to medium-high and cook until fluids have reduced, stirring occasionally.
