5. 1 package butter pecan cake mix (regular size) -
6. 3/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese -
7. 3/4 cup butter, cubed -
8. 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping -
9. 1 cup chopped pecans -
10. Vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped cream, optional -

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine pie filling, sweet potatoes, cinnamon and pie spice in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cake mix and cheese; dot with butter.
