How to cook deliciously - Asparagus Tart
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large skillet, bring 1 inch of water to a boil, then add the asparagus. Cook the spears, covered, until crisp-tender, three to five minutes. Drain the asparagus and pat dry.

On a lightly floured surface, roll the pastry sheet out into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Transfer the pastry to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until the dough turns golden brown, about 10 minutes.
3. Stage
Sprinkle 1-1/2 cups cheese over the pastry to within 1/2 inch of the edges, then place the asparagus over top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, then mix the lemon zest and juice, oil, salt and pepper, and drizzle over top. Bake again until the cheese has melted, 10 to 15 minutes.
