1. Margarine (such as I Can't Believe It's Not Butter®) - 2 tablespoons
2. Large shrimp, peeled and deveined - 6 ounces
3. Lobster meat, chopped - 6 ounces
4. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 10
5. Red onion, chopped - 1
6. Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
7. Crumbled feta cheese - 1 tablespoon
8. Lemon pepper, or to taste - 1 pinch
9. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced - 2
10. Chopped fresh chives - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Shrimp Salad

1. Stage

Melt margarine in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and lobster and cook until opaque, about 3 minutes on each side.

2. Stage

Place tomatoes, red onion, shrimp, and lobster in a bowl; toss with olive oil. Add feta cheese and lemon pepper. Toss in avocado. Garnish the salad with chives.
