1. Avocado - 1
2. Tuna, drained - 1 (5 ounce) can
3. Tomato, chopped - 1 small
4. Crumbled feta cheese - ¼ cup
5. Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (Optional) - 1
6. Green onion, chopped - 1
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Chopped fresh cilantro - 3 tablespoons
9. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
10. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Avocado, Tuna, and Tomato Salad

1. Stage

Split avocado. Save skins and discard pit. Scoop contents into a bowl; slightly mash.

2. Stage

Mix mashed avocado, tuna, tomato, feta cheese, jalapeno pepper, green onion, feta cheese, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

3. Stage

Scoop mixture back into reserved avocado skins and serve immediately or chill until serving.
