1. Dry fettuccine pasta - 24 ounces
2. Butter - 1 cup
3. Heavy cream - ¾ pint
4. Salt and pepper to taste - ¾ pint
5. Garlic salt - 1 dash
6. Grated Romano cheese - ¾ cup
7. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
