2. Butter 1 cup
3. Heavy cream ¾ pint
4. Salt and pepper to taste ¾ pint
5. Garlic salt 1 dash
6. Grated Romano cheese ¾ cup
7. Grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
