2. Eggs 2 large

4. Ground cinnamon (Optional) ¼ teaspoon

6. Stale bagels, split 4
7. Powdered sugar, or to taste 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Beat milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large, flat container.

Place bagels, insides-down, into the egg mixture. Let sit for 30 minutes.
