Ingredients for - Baked Corn Casserole

1. Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
2. Chopped onion - ½ cup
3. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
4. Cream cheese, softened - 2 (3 ounce) packages
5. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
6. Creamed corn - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
7. Chopped green chile peppers - 1 (4 ounce) can
8. French-fried onions, divided - 1 (2.8 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Baked Corn Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until translucent.

3. Stage

In a large bowl combine butter and cream cheese. Stir in whole kernel corn, creamed corn, chile peppers, and onions. Pour into prepared dish.

4. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in half of the fried onions; sprinkle remaining onions on top. Bake 15 minutes more.
