1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Green bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
5. Uncooked long grain white rice - 1 cup
6. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
7. Water - ⅔ cup
8. Beef bouillon - 1 cube
9. Diced tomatoes - 1 (12 ounce) can
10. Sweet corn, drained - 1 (11 ounce) can
11. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. (1 ounce each) mozzarella cheese - 1 (6 ounce) package
13. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 (16 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Beef and Rice Dish

1. Stage

Place ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until beef is evenly brown. Drain grease.

2. Stage

Mix rice, broth, water, bouillon, tomatoes, and corn into the saucepan. Season with pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 25 minutes. Top with mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses to serve.
