1. Water - 2 cups
2. Buckwheat - 1 cup
3. Lime, juiced - 1
4. Red onion, chopped - 1
5. Tomato, chopped - 1
6. Chopped pitted kalamata olives - ½ cup
7. Fresh mint, chopped - 1 bunch
8. Fresh dill, chopped - ½ bunch
9. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
10. Rice wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
11. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
13. Feta cheese - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Best Buckwheat Salad

1. Stage

Combine water and buckwheat in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until water is absorbed, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Pour lime juice into a bowl; add onion, tomato, Kalamata olives, mint, and dill. Stir in olive oil, rice wine vinegar, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add buckwheat; stir until ingredients are combined. Top with feta cheese.
