How to cook deliciously - Tuna tartare
1. Stage
Chop the garlic finely and fry over low heat in olive oil until golden brown.

Pour coriander with cold water. Grind half the onion and chili in a blender, add lime juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
