Ingredients for - Bloody Mary Ceviche

1. Cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp - 1 pound
2. Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped - 1 pound
3. Red onion, chopped - ½
4. Cucumber, chopped - 1
5. Cilantro, chopped - 1 bunch
6. Bottled Bloody Mary mix - ¾ cup
7. Limes - 2
8. Hot pepper sauce to taste - 2
9. Salt and black pepper to taste - 2

How to cook deliciously - Bloody Mary Ceviche

1. Stage

Lightly mix the shrimp, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro in a bowl, and pour in the Bloody Mary mix. Squeeze the limes over the mixture, add a dash of hot pepper sauce, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss again, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
